Audience measurement
gomddoc.com uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, an audience-measurement tool from Google Ireland Limited. It records the pages viewed, the traffic source, and engagement (time on page, scrolling, outbound clicks). The site runs no advertising.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics stays off until you allow it in the banner shown on your first visit (GDPR article 6.1.a). If you decline, or make no choice, no analytics cookie is set and no browsing data is collected.
- Elsewhere, measurement is on from your first page view. Declining in the banner stops it from then on.
Your region is determined by Google from your IP address. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy settings button in the footer; it is stored in your browser for 6 months and shared with no one.
When measurement is on, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to 13 months. Its data is kept
for 14 months, is processed by Google Ireland Limited, and may be transferred to the United States.
Other processing
- Server logs. Each request is logged by the hosting platform (IP address, browser user agent, page requested) for operations and security, and kept for 30 days.
- Fonts. Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it fetches them.
Outside the analytics cookies described above, the site sets no cookies.
